Founded in 2002, PathCare Kenya is the brain child of internationally trained pathologist Dr Kiran Radia. Dr Radia’s vision
was to provide Kenya with state-of-the-art medical testing at affordable rates. It is Dr Radia’s belief that accurate
pathological testing is vital for successful medical treatment.
This vision and belief has been realised in PathCare Kenya. Utilising cutting edge technology and management systems,
PathCare is the only testing laboratory in Kenya that is fully automated – from specimen collection right up to final
reporting. This automation guarantees the integrity of results and enables PathCare to deliver its world class service at
a competitive price.
PathCare is run by a highly qualified team of Kenyan professionals composed of clinical pathologists, technologists, data
management experts, IT technicians and administrative personnel. All staff are competitively recruited on the basis of
their skills, and their commitment to PathCare Kenya’s vision and beliefs.
In addition to the Kenyan team, PathCare Kenya has access to the expertise of over 70 world class pathologists through
its strategic alliance with sister company PathCare South Africa. This alliance provides PathCare with the expertise to offer
over 4,000 different types of tests and enables our clients here in Kenya to benefit from the knowledge that the world’s
best pathologists have to offer.
