Our automated email result delivery system offers an option for efficient timely delivery of results to doctors and patients
Patients
Patients can access their results by:
  • Collection of paper copy from laboratory
  • Delivery of result to email address provided by patient
    (with the exception of results containing sensitive information which are sent to the doctor)
  • Delivery of result via email to requesting Doctor
COVID-19 Results
  • COVID-19 results will be sent via email to the email address provided by client
  • Printed copy can be collected from lab
  • International traveller’s results will be uploaded by PathCare into the Pana Bios system
  • TT code will be generated by Pana Bios and sent to email address provided by traveller
  • Please check junk/spam folder
  • It is advisable for travellers to print hard copies of the TT and QR codes
Doctors

Doctors can access results for their patients via:

  • Automated email delivery
  • The PathProvider3 portal where you can access current and historical results for your patients.
